He is not the friendly centaur you know from the Greek mythical stories. Centaur Warrunner is a hero that made his name through the ones he left on the battlefield. Warrunner comes from the clan of Druud, brutish four legged creatures which only cared about combat. For other cultures, this form of organization with no hierarchies, social relations and stability are a form of incipient development. Centaurs see this in a different manner: through combat, religion, beliefs and social hierarchies are created, while combat itself is an art.
The Druud lived in the grounds of Omexe, in an ancient era when other races didn’t exist. Since then, they were organizing fights watched by people coming from faraway lands. This is how the poetry of steel and death appeared among the blood thirsty centaurs.
In his quest for supreme recognition, Warrunner defeated opponent after opponent, remaining an uncontested champion of the arenas. When he claimed the great belt of Omexe, we would have thought that hi quest of glory was finally fulfilled. He was far from that. As he was finally crowned the best among his people, he decided to take this name into the large world, so he ran from Omexe to become the greatest warrior of history.
